My Mac Audio Midi Setup Shows the USB input, it comes up as an option in OBS, but when I select it, no sound comes through. I also have Protools, and the USB input can come through that source too, but again no sound in OBS with either option selected. Such limitation is very inconvenient for Mac users when there are so many important audio playbacks on a Mac computer. For instance, the audio on a video meeting or chatting, the audio from a self-made demo, etc. All in all, to record desktop audio with OBS, you have to insert a third-party audio driver. In order to select which audio tracks you want to use for stream and recording, you would need to use the Advanced Output mode in the Output Settings of Streamlabs OBS. For Streaming select track 1 and under Recording check track; 2, 3, and 4. Make sure the Recording Format you selected supports multi-track recording, such as TS, MKV, or MP4.
I'm trying to setup OBS, but when I try to choose setup 'Audio Output Capture', I can't choose a device, it's empty.
The same goes for 'Desktop Audio', it's set on disabled, and I can't change it to my headset or anything else.
When I try to livestream on YouTube on my own channel, and I'm in a party in either Discord or Skype with a friend, my voice is loud and clear in the stream, but his voice is very low. The same goes if I play a random YouTube video, the sound of the video is very low in the stream.
BTW, I'm using MacBook Pro, and my headset is a wireless HyperX Cloud Flight with a USB dongle to connect.

So a funny thing happened earlier this month: Streamlabs OBS, one of the leading video-streaming apps on Windows, arrived for the first time on the Mac. (It’s powered by the OBS engine, an open-source streaming system I’ve tried a couple of times and always felt way too rough for me to want to use.) Streamlabs OBS is open source, free, and I think I like it better than Wirecast.
Does Streamlabs OBS have rough edges? Sure it does. But it somehow seems better integrated with streaming services like Twitch and YouTube than Wirecast does. While it doesn’t offer some of the precision layout tools that Wirecast does—I’d like to be able to specify the exact size of objects on the canvas—it’s got some nice shortcuts that make it easy for me to create a new layout in a hurry.

Audio capture can be an issue. I use Rogue Amoeba’s Loopback to create a custom audio input for use by OBS, but Streamlabs also suggests that you can use the free iShowU to do much the same thing.
